How long does it take to get a belt?

Each belt we make is handcrafted just for you. Because of this, it may take a week or so depending on demand, but generally our goal is to ship the belt within a 10 days of you placing the order.

Can I WANT A BELT be used for a firearm?

Our belts are not designed as a gun belt. However, the belt can be used for occasional carry of many firearms.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat shipping cost for delivery within the USA of $4.30. If you get one belt or ten, the shipping price is the same.

What happens if the size is wrong?

We encourage you to follow the directions on how to measure a belt. This should ensure that you have a perfect fit. Unfortunately, because each belt is custom made, as a rule we don’t accept returns. If for some reason your belt doesn’t fit, please contact us immediately here, and we will do what we are able to help make sure you are satisfied!

Why do you use solid brass buckles and rivets?

Brass is an extremely durable metal. Cheap metals are prone to crack or break, but brass will last for years without compromise to its strength. Our solid brass buckles are available in 5 colors and a variety of shapes.

Are these belts for women?

These are belts for anyone who wants a quality belt. For women, don’t use pant size. Instead, to get the right measurement, measure a current belt using the method described at the bottom of the page while designing your belt.

Can I give a belt as a gift?

Absolutely! Some guys you know probably (for whatever reason) keep wearing a belt that is splitting in half. A belt would make a great gift for a birthday, graduation, holiday, Father’s Day, or any other time you feel like it! If you know the person really well, you can design one for him. If you want to let him have the opportunity to design his own quality leather belt, buy an gift certificate that we can send by email or physical mail by going here.

Can I return a belt?

First, why would you do that? (We think you will love your belt and buy a second!) But, if you do want to return it for some reason, contact us here. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Each belt is handcrafted, and as a result, we generally don’t take returns. Contact our customer service department here, and we will do what we can to make sure you are satisfied!

Do you have a warrantee on your belt?

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted belts. We guarantee that each belt is made with care and attention to detail. Because we believe in the quality of our products, we offer a “break-free guarantee”. This means that if your belt has a defect and breaks (leather or buckle) when used under normal conditions, we will repair or replace it free of charge for as long you own your belt. Contact us here, ship it back to us, and we will fix your belt free of charge. We thank you for your business and want you to know that your custom belt will serve you well for a long time to come!

Where is the belt made?

All of our belts are handcrafted with care and skill in the USA. The components of the belt may be domestic or imported. Our leather, for instance, is imported from Italy.

Why is your leather tanned in Italy?

Italy is renown for having some of the best leather producers in the world. In our search for the best leather, we looked at well over 50 different varieties of leather before we finally found the one we currently use. Our leather possesses all of the following characteristics:

  • Is a full-grain leather from bull hide
  • Created using a centuries-old process called vegetable tanning
  • Has a smooth backside
  • Is not stiff or too flexible
  • Smells fantastic!

Which way should I put my belt on?

Our belts can be put on both clockwise or counterclockwise. (The only thing to note is if you order the American flag, it is intended for a belt put on counterclockwise around your waist). There is not really a wrong way to put a belt on. But, in America, counterclockwise seems to be more normal.

Do you offer Nickel-Free buckles?

For those with nickel allergies, our brass buckle and antique brass buckles will be just fine for you. If you want a stainless steel buckle (silver color), we are absolutely able to offer that (at an extra charge). Contact us by filling out the rapid response form here.

Do you accept custom orders of items not listed on your site?
